Coping with COVID-19: Daily Tip #36

Throwin’ it down.

I’m throwing down a challenge for the month of May.

Starting this Friday, May 1st, and ending Sunday, May 31st: Anyone who wants to keep active by either “closing their rings” via the Apple Watch, or walk 10,000 steps per day for the month of May, I will donate $20 per person to Catholic Charities of Brooklyn & Queens, which is doing the hard, frontline work of making thousands of meals every day for people who are in need of help during this epidemic. 

You have until Midnight on Friday, May 1st to email me that you are in. 

Next Monday I will let everyone know how many of you have volunteered for the challenge.  If you do it, you have to send proof, either with a picture of your activity (like the one that I posted in this email) or some, similar evidence that you have done the 10,000 steps per day for the month.
