Coping with COVID-19: Daily Tip: Throwin’ it down II


Okay, now that I have your attention, I will explain. I am offering you the opportunity to do something good for yourself and the world in one convenient package and it literally won’t cost you a dime.

Starting today, Friday, May 1st, and ending Sunday, May 31st: Anyone who wants to keep active by either “closing your rings” via the Apple Watch, or walking 10,000 steps per day for the month of May, I will donate $20 per person to Catholic Charities of Brooklyn & Queens, which is doing the hard, frontline work of making thousands of meals every day for people who are in need of help during this epidemic. 

You have until midnight tonight to email me that you are in. 

If you are in, please send me proof by June 3rd: either with a picture of your activity (like the ones I posted in this email) or some, similar evidence that you have done the 10,000 steps per day for the month.
