Coping with COVID-19: Daily Mental Health Tip: Throwin’ it Down – Half-Way There!

It’s May 15th….half-way to our goal with the Throwin’ it Down challenge

Why are we doing this? Because it’s good for our physical and mental health… and good for the world. 

We have 25 active participants who have taken up the challenge, plus we have two generous newsletter recipients (Alyssa and Anonymous) who are participating in the challenge and agreed to match my donation to Catholic Charities of Brooklyn & Queens (they are making thousands of meals every day for people in need of food).

If anyone missed this challenge but still wants to participate, and you agree to do a half-month, I will still donate on your behalf. 

Together we can help with a nice chunk of $$$ to help CCBQ feed those who need daily help.

Don’t forget to send me proof, either a photo of your activity or of your rings. I WILL need some evidence.
