We use interviews and surveys to truly understand the needs of our clients and make sure we are focused on the priority skills that will enable the biggest jumps in growth. Our modular, experiential and creative approach to program design is highly flexible and adaptive to any leadership challenge an organization or individual may face. No two programs are alike, but each one utilizes a mix of role plays, peer coaching, and hands on activities directly related to the work the leaders do every day.

The purpose of this program is to help leaders develop the ability to overcome challenges with uncertainty and change through a series of activities and thought exercises.

  • By the end of this session, leaders will be able to:

    Understand the dynamics of change and its impact on cognitive and emotional functioning

    Improve their self-awareness as it pertains to their reactions to new challenges and/or uncertainty

    Use a tested framework for developing resiliency in times of stress and change for themselves and the staff they manage
